- Respect: Mutual respect, including respect for each other’s time, opinions, and experiences, is foundational to our partnership.
- Open Communication: We commit to maintaining open and honest communication, fostering a safe environment for learning and growth.
- Confidentiality: Both mentor and mentee agree to keep shared information confidential, protecting personal and professional integrity.
- Feedback: Constructive feedback will be given and received with the intent of mutual development and progress.
- Goal-Oriented: Our interactions will be focused on achieving the specific goals set out by the mentee, with the mentor providing guidance and support.
Indemnity Clause
It is understood that the 49th Degree Aviation and its representatives, including Mentors and Mentees, do not hold any official authority or responsibility for the decisions and actions taken by the mentee. Mentees & Mentors acknowledge that all decisions made are of their own volition and responsibility. Mentees & Mentors and the 49th Degree Aviation shall be held harmless and indemnified against any claims, actions, or disputes arising from the mentee’s decisions or actions during and following the conclusion of this mentorship agreement. This letter of intent reflects our shared commitment to a fruitful and respectful mentoring relationship. By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this document, embarking on this journey with optimism and a collaborative spirit.
