In this section, mentees will embark on a journey of self-discovery and strategic planning to chart their career pathways in the aviation industry. Through a series of interactive one-on-one mentoring sessions, and self-reflection exercises, mentees will gain the necessary insights and skills to navigate their career trajectories effectively.
